Project Introduction:

The Platinum Coast Center project is located east of Shuanglong Avenue and north of Jinyin Avenue, covering an area of 42,707.52 square meters. The land is designated for commercial and business office use. The project consists of five buildings, with Building 1 facing Jinyin Avenue and featuring a podium, a sunken courtyard at the southwest corner. It includes hotel-style apartments, commercial offices, and other facilities.
