He led teams to overcome numerous technical challenges and made outstanding contributions to the development of those companies. With his deep understanding of the industry and keen market insight, he gradually developed the idea of starting his own business.

In 2012, he co-founded TEDA Trading with a group of like-minded professionals. They are dedicated to the research, development, and manufacturing of efficient and stable nylon thermal break strip production equipment. Thanks to the solid technical foundation and innovative spirit of the founding team, the company quickly made a name for itself in the industry in its early days.
