When selecting non-Type I polyamide profiles, engineering design verification should be carried out.

1. Sample water content less than 0.2% by weight.
2. Norm laboratory condition:(23±2)ºC and (50±10)% relative humidity.
3. Our standard products (PGP001) can accommodate the production of over 95% of thermal barrier profiles. For specific product performance requirements of the final thermal barrier profile, we will need you to confirm adjustments to the production formula of the pellets. Likewise, for the re-formulated PA66GF25 pellets, we will conduct trial production in China to meet the required specifications before shipping them to you.
